Angela T. Tucci, Chief Strategy Officer
Angela Tucci brings 20 years of experience into building and operating software companies. Prior to Compliance Spectrum, Angela was Co-Founder of Indicative Software,
an enterprise IT management software company which competed against and won business from companies including BMC, CA, IBM and H-P.
Tucci also co-founded and was senior vice-president of marketing for Terraspring, Inc., an infrastructure automation software company,
where she developed the company's business plan, was integral in raising more
than $58 million in four rounds of financing, and executed a multimillion-dollar technology licensing agreement with Hewlett-Packard.
Prior to Terraspring, Tucci ran product marketing at Clarify Corp. and managed the company's new solutions targeted to the
multibillion dollar call center and telecommunications industries.
Tucci has an artium baccalaurei in physics from Princeton University and masters in business administration from Stanford University.
Preetish Nijhawan, Chief Financial Officer
Most recently, Preetish was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at NeoEdge Networks, a video game advertising company. Preetish was also Vice President,
Portfolio and Program Management for BMC Software, Inc.. Prior to BMC, he was Vice President, Operations of iVita Corporation, a Houston-based asset management
software startup he helped found.
Preetish has also counseled senior executives on hardware, software and telecommunications industries for McKinsey and Company, a leading consulting firm.
He co-founded Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM) in 1998, He also worked for nearly six years in the Electronic Design Automation Division at Intel in
various engineering related capacities.Preetish earned a bachelor's of engineering degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Birla Institute of
Technology and Science, Pilani, India, a master's of science in computer engineering from The University of Southern California, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Colleen Murphy, Vice President of Development
Colleen Murphy has over 26 years in program management within the private and public sectors. Currently she oversees product development for Compliance Spectrum and provides government and commercial clients with support in risk management, information security, and compliance management. Colleen is a former senior executive with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and has over 18 years of experience in the information technology and security fields. Colleen is pursuing her doctoral studies in Information Science and holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Chrisan Herrod, Vice President of Marketing
Chrisan joined Compliance Spectrum in April 2006 as V.P. Business Development and Compliance Solutions. In this role she is responsible for advising clients on information technology compliance regulations and creating and managing IT compliance programs. Prior to joining Compliance Spectrum, Chrisan was Chief Security Officer at the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) where she was responsible for the Commissions information security, business continuity and IT compliance programs. Her private sector experience includes Director of Global IT Security at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and Director of Information Security at Fannie Mae.
