Angela T. Tucci, Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer
Angela Tucci brings 20 years of experience into building and operating software companies. Prior to Compliance Spectrum, Angela was Co-Founder of Indicative Software,
an enterprise IT management software company which competed against and won business from companies including BMC, CA, IBM and H-P.
Tucci also co-founded and was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Terraspring, Inc., an infrastructure automation software company,
where she developed the company's business plan, was integral in raising more
than $58 million in four rounds of financing, and executed a multimillion-dollar technology licensing agreement with Hewlett-Packard.
Prior to Terraspring, Tucci ran product marketing at Clarify Corp. and managed the company's new solutions targeted to the
multibillion dollar call center and telecommunications industries.
Tucci has an Artium Baccalaurei in Physics from Princeton University and Master's in Business Administration from Stanford University.
Preetish Nijhawan, Chief Financial Officer
Most recently, Preetish was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at NeoEdge Networks, a video game advertising company. Preetish was also Vice President,
Portfolio and Program Management for BMC Software, Inc.. Prior to BMC, he was Vice President, Operations of iVita Corporation, a Houston-based asset management
software startup he helped found.
Preetish has also counseled senior executives on hardware, software and telecommunications industries for McKinsey and Company, a leading consulting firm.
He co-founded Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM) in 1998. He also worked for nearly six years in the Electronic Design Automation Division at Intel in
various engineering related capacities. Preetish earned a bachelor's of engineering degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Birla Institute of
Technology and Science, Pilani, India, a Master's of Science in Computer Engineering from The University of Southern California, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Andrew Galewsky, Vice President of Engineering
Andy Galewsky came to Compliance Spectrum from QD Technology where he was Executive Vice President of Engineering. At QD Technology Andy was responsible for the design and implementation of a unique high speed compression database. Previously he was at Evoke Software, Inc. where he was Vice President of Product Development. After joining the company in 2000, he was responsible for the planning, development, and production of several major software products. During that time he worked closely with the executive team on new product planning including product roll-outs. Prior to that he was Vice President of Consulting Services and acting CTO at Net Quotient Consulting Group (formerly Pencom Web Works,) a multinational consulting firm. He was also co-founder and Chief Architect for BRC Health Care/Clinical Resource Systems.
Kevin Sharp, Vice President of Sales
Kevin Sharp brings more than 20 years experience in sales operations, marketing, and strategy to his role as Vice President of Sales for Compliance Spectrum. He was CEO at DQFirewall, Interim CEO at Evoke, President of HillCast Technologies, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ETI. Sharp has built sales and marketing organizations and has a strong track record of positioning products and leveraging marketing strategies to create profitable organizations. Sharp holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Monash in Victoria, Australia.
Steven Helwig, Compliance and Policy Analyst
Steven Helwig has over 20 years of Information Technology experience, and brings his expert knowledge to compliance content and mapping at Compliance Spectrum. He has an MBA from Salem International University, an MS in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Security from Capella University, a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and an Electronics Technology Certificate from Ohio Institute of Technology. He holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification and is certified by the National Security Agency (NSA) as well as other IT certifications.
Prior to Compliance Spectrum, Helwig was ISO for Sungard Higher Education and CISO for Dynamic Campus Solution. He is a member of the ISACA board in central Florida, ISSA, IIA OCEG, SCCE and PCI SVA. He has edited books about compliance and spoken at many security conferences.
Thilo Rockmann, Managing Director, Europe
Thilo Rockmann leverages more than 12 years of experience in information technology to his role as Managing Director of JME Ventures Europe. Rockmann is a motivated leader with a proven management track record as an IT director and innovative project management and technical skills as a systems engineer and technology consultant. He has extensive experience with large scale communications networks, databases, business applications, and IT infrastructure. Prior to joining JME Ventures Europe, Rockmann held positions as IS director for Easynet and Ision Internet and technical positions with Sun Microsystems and Accenture (formerly Arthur Andersen). Thilo holds a diploma in physics from the University of Hamburg and an MBA from the University of Wales.
